Third grade is going to be an exciting year. You will have to work very hard, but we will be having a lot of fun!! 

About Me: I am Mrs King, your new teacher. I am so excited to be at Cople Elementary. I am from Michigan, so I am learning about Virginia as I go along. I have had an eventful 2011 summer. I got married in June, had my interview at the end of July, moved to Virginia (14 hours away from home) August 13, felt an earthquake on August 23, and experienced the wind and rain of hurricane Irene August 27-28. It sure has been an experience. I have a dog named Miles who is adopted from the shelter. My favorite subjects are math and science, but I also love to read.
